Returns & Exchanges

At Louis Copeland & Sons, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not content, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place them securely back into the original packaging.

• 3.
  Send Your Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Confirmation

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
